Hello,

It's been a long time since I last played with the headset. I have XP which comes with DirectX 8.1. IISVR drivers are for only 8.0. Can anyone tell how I can get it working?

TIA!

I heard that newer versions of the VFX-3D support page-flipping so you could use the nVidia driver instead, but headtracking is another problem.

What is IISVR saying?

No response from IISVR.

I left two voice mails and one e-mail.

Received a email today.

Just like you said using nVidia drivers for 3D. As far as tracking...they are trying to come up with something. Hopefully, sometime soon.

Thanks,
-Mike

I use the vfx3d tracking with all the games that support mouse look.I've made a small program that
reads from the vfx3d and sends serial mouse format events to another com.Problem is that you need 3 com ports for do the trick and you have to boot the machine with a serial mouse attached .

marco: vfx3d can normaly synchronize to nVidia stereo drivers page flipping ... Just use 60 Hz refresh rate and it works without problems ....
