Does anyone have any real information on the upcomming 3D BluRay disk format?

Pixar, Dreamworks, Samsung, Sony, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc. are probably finalizing, or have already specified the 3D BluRay disk format.

Is anyone connected, and can you reveal anything?

Dennis

It's not clear if the disk will be anaglyph or full color 3D for use with the 3D DLP TVs. Mitsubishi demonstrated a full color 3D BluRay player late last year, but there have been no formal product anouncements. Does anyone have info on the Mitsubishi 3D BluRay player?

Sadly, that release will be anaglyphic.

There has been no official release dates yet for any BluRay 3D players, nor any 3D Blu content using one of the better 3-D formats
