Hi,
I'm fairly new to this whole 3D thing, but I just bought myself some shutter glasses and some DVDs and I love them! I was wondering if there is an easy way to convert anaglyph to field sequential 3D. I saw a thread on it from 2005 I think. I'm looking to convert shrek 3D. The thread I saw was dealing with this, but it looked like a long process and I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to software like 3D combine and stereo movie maker. Better yet, does anyone know where I could obtain a copy of an already converted version of this? Thanks
Dann

I would suggest you contact ebay sellers of field-sequential 3D movies and ask them (ask seller a question) if they know where to obtain shrek 3D in field-sequential format...I am sure one of them can help...

Thanks. I hadn't thought of that, but that's probably the best way to go. I know it's not commercially available, but I'm sure there are people out there that have converted it. Thanks again

Out of curiosity, is the copy you have something you made yourself or got from someone else? I actually had someone send me a copy and it's great. I'm always interested in different methods of conversion though. Thanks

From the preview, it looks like that software does an amazing job, too bad I can't read Russian or I might actually be able to use it! Any chance you've found an english version? Thanks for bringing it to my attention

Does it separate the colors like that JUST from the anaglyph or is it anaglyph AND 2D version? I would have a hard time believing someone could get that good of results from the anaglyph olone. Looks great though. Thanks for sharing

Oh I see. I didn't catch that part where it said "From 2D and anaglyph." Looks like good software. Too bad there is no english version currently.
