Hi,

I would really like to get those IMAX DVD's, but can't find them anywhere in this country...So I tried to look for DVDrips, but so far all of them had lost the 3d in the process of converting to avi/mpg...Are there any place to download proper 3d rips of REAL 3d DVD movies?

Thanks!

There are many shops which ship IMAX-3D-DVDs worldwide. It's a bad excuse to say you weren't able to buy them in your country.

I bought mine at http://www.cwonline.com.

Kim:

Most of the 32 IMAX movies that were sold as part of this DVD package (See the forum topic "32 'IMAX 3D' DVD's with glasses?") were not filmed stereoscopically, and therefore aren't available as genuine 3-D DVDs from ANY source.

If you want only 3-D IMAX movies, make certain that the specific DVD which you're ordering is described as three-dimensional. Legitimate IMAX DVD sources will clearly differentiate which of their offerings are stereoscopic.

joshbosh,

go to http://www.videohelp.com

there's tons of info and links to tools (many of them freeware) that can help you do that.
