The rowers at one of the last Olympics used a system called AUT training goggles which meant that they wore goggles onto which was projected wirelessly a real time video of themselves.

The system costs over £5,000. How could I replicate such a system at lower cost? Could I use some kind of shutter glasses? I am not so bothered about seeing a 3D image - I just need to be able to play the digital video through goggles.
