I had finaly recived the Spy Kids 3D DVD in Sensio format. The full color version was realy order of magnitude more enjoyable than the anaglyph version I had seen in cinema.
But again: for computer playback we need a progressive version with at least full NTSC or PAL per eye resolution ... Not a 1/2 again ...

True, but as you have pointed out, the Sensio release is still far better than the original anaglyph theatrical & DVD releases. It's nice to actually see ghost-free Spy Kids 3-D, as well viewing full color 3-D without those outdated red and blue glasses!

I've noticed some interesting items with the new Sensio version of Spy Kids 3-D --

A few scenes are now converged differently on the Sensio 3-D version when compared to the anaglyph DVD version.

But.... the couple of shots with reversed 3-D that were also in the original theatrical version and the anaglyph DVD are STILL reversed on the Sensio version!

Is it realy true ? I can not belive they can have such an esential problems in the theatrical version ... Can you tell me exactly witch sequence ? I was switching shuterglasses several times during the movie playback - so maybe I had corrected the effect accidenatly.

The two scenes I recall off the top of my head are near the film's finale with the giant robot.

There are other minor stereoscopic "flubs", but the two I mentioned are actually reversed.

My current work schedule prohibits me from getting you an exact time reading, but I can eventually do so if you can't find 'em.

I also have the anaglyph DVD and the theatrical anaglyph version that I can double check again.
