hello all my name is erik and i have owned a z800 visor for quite some time now. i actually bought it at the $900 price point cause i wasnt sure how long the company would last. i have never had the proper hardware neccessary to produce stereo images on the visor. emagin has informed me that the z800 will only work with nvidia cards up to and including the 7 series on xp only. is this true? is there any other hardware that will produce the page flipping 3d that the z800 needs? any and all info appreciated and first hand experiences with hardware setups listed would be wonderful. | ||

Hi, the simpliest way got to 3d stereo with Z800 = NVidia 7600 card 91,33 drivers and 3d stereodrivers. adjust at 800x600 60 Hz (only!) and it works wit all direct X (to 9c) games.too with stereoscopic plaeyer from P.Wimmer. It is very interesting.More on, www.3dflightsim.com or other sites. |
