They are all over circuit city/best buy, the new line of LCD tv's are doing 120 Hz. I'm not talking about anything specific.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience with them.

How about an LG 42lg60, it has 1080p, and also 120hz. with a 2.7ms response time.

No, it wouldn't.

1st, it's 120Hz is an extrapolation of the incoming 24/30/60Hz signal. So you'd be stuck doing the usual 30Hz/eye flickery crap.

2nd, you have no way of knowing the exact delay in processing (might be ok if it ended up being exactly 1 or 2 or 3 frames, but not likely as it wasn't designed with that in mind).
