I just bought this i-glasses setup off ebay the other day. They came with a VirtuaTrack head tracker. Got the lot for $360 bucks. I have read only the few reviews I was able to find. Im still unsure of what to expect when they arrive. I have a Nvidia Gforce so I can utilize the 3D, but some people said there are horizontal lines in the displays. I thought that FSAA helped eliminate that.
Is the FOV good enough to use for most games and simulators? I really want to feel like I’m inside the game but I don’t know if the 26 degrees (70" @ 13') is goanna do it, although they are good 800x600 res. can i magnify the FOV using glasses or lenses?
Anyways... on to the head tracker, it’s a VirtuaTrack and I didn’t seem to find many good reviews about that either. Some people said its only good as a counter balance so the helmet doesn’t slide down your face
I'm kinda blown by these reviews and expecting the worst, could anyone confirm them though?
