i create application with OpenGL Performer and C++ when i run it on the nVidia Card with full screen option the stereo does not work although it is running well with the demo

I don't know much about performer but if when you say 'demo' you mean the nVidia stereo demo I'm guessing you've hit the age old problem of true quadbuffered stereo and nVidia's consumer stereo depthbuffer hack.
Performer is most likely attempting to create a window with the quadbuffered flag set to true which, depending on your graphics card and driver setup, might be returning false and thus performer disables stereo.

I'll stop in case you allready know exactly what I'm talking about and know it's not the problem. Best to let people know your hardware setup so they can help further...
