Nice camera, Marc -- if you've got 40,000 Euros (about $54,000 US) to spare!

I bought the Minoru 3d webcam. It is surprisingly good quality for the cost (I paid $59.99 instead of the retails of $89.99) from Amazon.com.

Hookup in seconds, just a single plugin to a USB port. One weird thing: the software which comes on a CD installs incredibly slowly. On my quad core 2.66 Ghz each, 4 Gig RAM computer it took around 20 minutes. A week or so later I downloaded the upgraded software which took just as long. I have no idea what the install program does, but for over 10 minutes it seemingly does absolutely nothing, but in the meanwhile spins the hard disc.

However, once it is installed, it works perfectly well. With the upgraded software the separation, vertical alignment, all color attributes and pretty much everything can be adjusted. It generates anaglyph, interlaced, side by side for page flipping, etc. outputs. It also provides from 160x120 to 1280x480 (640x480 and 800x600 included) size outputs. It works well as a regular 2d webcam as well. It is a nice touch that there are LEDs around both lenses, which lit up when the lens is used (in 2d you can select whether the left or the right lens should provide the output). With Skype it allows PIP where you can use the two lenses separately.

Even the looks is okay, when hung on the top of a flat screen, it looks like a funny alien :-)

Because of the silly time factor involved with the software installation, if you buy it, don't bother to install the software from the CD, directly go to their website, download the upgraded software and install that. Being the first of its kind (as far as I know), for the money it is a good product.
