P5 is an nice product to use with z800 in first person shooting games where you can use your finger to shoot. You can also use your hand to move the mouse.

Z800 has no competitors in the 3d visor arena at this price, or really at any price. As for commerical competitors, yes. eMagin and Tek-Gear, but you have them both underpriced by $4, but with free shipping your's is undoubtedly the best price so far.

Hello all. Akemi yes you can use the P5 glove with the Z800 but you might be better off with the Cyberstick2 USB since the P5 uses mouse emulation or can conflict with the Z800 head tracker. However I am sure with some testing there could be some good compatibility. The Cyberstick2 USB is essentially a standard joystick which is baseless so it would be good for games with head tracking (mouse movements) and joystick movements.

Side note: Not all HMD distributors will be qualified to distribute the Z800 so some might be disgruntle.

Thanks

Qualified in what regard Stewart? Just curious.
How long have you been offering them - just today? How many do you have in stock? Any problems getting enough units from the company? How is demand in your early market indications? Where is the demand strongest (both geographically and as to user, i.e. gaming , training, other apps?)? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for any insights.

We actually have 80+ units in stock. Jake and 4Real are prime examples of competitors who are not authorized to sell the product and are just upset and want to spam up the thread. This competitor is also not allowed to sell Icuiti product either because of bad business. Should I name names and links to the BBB? :-)

What is going on here ?
I've seen CyberWorld, inc. online for year's.
I have not used them or any other online company yet to buy VR stuff but will need to buy the Z800 or maybe one of the Icuiti's displays sometime.
If CyberWorld, inc. is bad why have they been around so long ?
How did this bad blood start ?
Can the Mod of this website sort this out or list safe places to buy from ?

Armand it is quite sad that there are vendors that still continue to use slander under fake names and make up stories especially on a great site like www.stereo3d.com.

Anyways here are some quick pictures of our z800 stock. We have sold quite a few units so far and if anyone needs references please feel free to call us or email us.

LOL and most of the negative posts on this entire site is Armand Bastien from Virtual Realities.

Virtual Realities, Inc.
4012 Broadway
Galveston, TX 77550

Look up Virtual Realities at the Houston Texas better business bureau.

www.bbbhou.org

http://www.data.bbb.org/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=houston/houston/showrpt.html?language=english&bis=n&zid=13004788

They get tons of complaints and it takes a lot for a customer to actually go through the complaint process so they push it too far.

They are on the edge of going to a Unsatisfactory standing since the get so many complaints.

They aren't even allowed to sell have the products listed on their site. Or they have simiple never even sold half the product listed.

They were called Computers and More selling VR equipment before they delcared bankruptcy to avoid paying out people and they also receive a bad standing with the better business bureau Look at the address to verify that information (right next door).

I am from Turkey as well. Armand from Virtual Realities took a wire transfer from us and didn't deliver product for 6 months. They sold us used i-glasses that he charged us as new. This can be confirmed with the President of i-O Display. They sold us a VR snowboard system for approx $6000US which was basically useless. It was a TV, some wood and an i-scape2 hmd ($195US). We couldn't complain to the BBB since we were out of country. After we launched a formal complait to i-glasses president they finally shipped us product 6 months after we paid!

Armand please stop!

Dear All,

It has come to our attention that Stewart/Tuba the only person who works and owns Cyberworld is out slandering/bashing our company again as an anonymous. So what is new?

In our defense he is a liar. We are not Computers and More, we are Virtual Realities, Inc. We did in fact buy Computers and More many, many years ago and no there was no bankruptcy involved. That is 100% lie.

Also, the only complaints we have received was when certain manufacturers promised us deliveries and did not come through on time. We do our best but like any other company are the mercy of the manufacturers and their promised delivery dates.

We sell hundreds of HMD's a year and are the largest Virtual Reality Distributor in the world with a clean/satisfactory record with the BBB. We are also I-O Display’s largest customer and have been for 10+ years. You are welcome to contact Ross and I-O Display to confirm this:

ross@i-glasses.com

We are an Authorized Distributor for ALL of the products we carry:

http://www.rockwellcollins.com/optronics/Distributors/NorthandSouthAmerica/page835.html

http://www.5dt.com/distributors.html

http://www.isense.com/distributors/index.htm

Notice Cyberworld is nowhere to be found. There is good reason for this.

These are the facts and not a feeble effort to discredit a real/credible company for personal gain.

Please note that we have signed an Agreement with E-Magin and will have our stock of the Z800 in next week at a much better price.

Please contact us for more information:

info@vrealities.com

Regards,

Virtual Realities, Inc.

Now that you have come out of the light you can stop the spamming on this thread. Good luck Armand. And no I am not Tuba you know exactly who she is and word spreads fast when you try to rip people off in this business.

It is also a known fact that you have sold i-glasses from i-O Display that you have taken off the serial numbers. No problem buying used i-glasses from them just don't sell them as new!

Again glad you finally came to light on this thread and please stop spamming on this entire board! I asked nicely in the first post but you want to play games.

Good Luck

Thank you!

I am just a VR fan and have nothing to do with CyberWorld, inc. or Virtual Realities, Inc.
Just look at some of my past post and you can tell.

When I am ready to buy a Z800, Icuiti or anything VR, if this is not worked out with them, I will buy from some guy on the side of the road selling stuff out of the trunk of his car.

No, LoL, I am not Armand. Anyone can call eMagin to see who is and who isn't an authorized distributor just as I did. Why is this important? Warranty integrity is one thing; dealer credibility is another.

In all my years on the internet I have never seen anything like this: two company's sniping at each other on a public chat board. IMO neither win by it. Someone said it best a few posts back: makes you think it might be best to
to deal with eMagin.

Also, agree with water; registration of posters should be required.

The way you all are behaving makes me want to steer clear of this forum all together. All of your business ventures come across as unprofessional. They seem either fraudulent or incredibly childish. Possibly both.

Whoever is right, and whoever is wrong doesn't matter. You aren't worth my precious time, and I'm not buying from either of you.

If any of you are doggedly serious, you should think about emigrating to a more serious forum. This is a spamfest forum. Use a stereo-forum where you are required to register. One where your IP is displayed to the admins.

This place is a circus.

z800 = Armand Bastien from Virtual Realities in Texas.

Armand has been denied the ability to resell the eMagin Z800 because of his better business bureau poor record, he trys to rip people off and he is a plain idiot.

Virtual Realities has also been cut off distributing i-O Display products (the i-glasses) as of Jan 1, 2006 because of their extremely poor customer service record.

Trish or should I say Stewart at Cyberworld.

Why do you always bring us into this mess. We are not the one posting here so you stop!

Also please stop spreading lies about us. We are both an Authorized Distributor for eMagin and I-O Display. Anyone can e-mail ross@i-glasses.com to confirm with I-O Display and Bruce at eMagin.

We also have a satisfactory record with the BBB.

Stewart, there are people here that do not like the Z800, it is not our company. So stop the slander and the lies. I know this is how you operate and have to sell but we do not stoop down to that level.

Why didn't you say that in the first place?
Sounds sketchy to me.
