Virtual FX & X3D TV Box

Are the any differences between Virtual FX & X3D TV Box? Visually both devices looks identically. If you have manual of Virtual FX, please send it to - xxx__vr@really.ru__xxx
I have X3D TV Box manual and would like to compare it with Virtual FX manual.

If both devices the same, why so big price differences between X3D TV Box($299) and Virtual FX($199)?
