Hi all.
For those who've bought from Vrealities.com, how long did you have to wait for delivery??

I ordered the I-glasses 3D bundle at the beginning of April, and I've still to receive the delivery..or even shipping confirmation (which to me should be very common practise these days!) I've spoken with them 3 or 4 times, and I've never really gotten a straight answer on when I'll get my order.

Has anyone else had issues with this company?

I just got my order that was also delayed for 2 weeks. Vrealities told me that I-O Display had delayed the release of the i-glasses PC-3D for a couple of weeks. I called I-O and they confirmed that. Now I hope the i-glasses check out. Will try them today :)

Thanks for the quick response guys :)
I do notice that some of the posting seem to be from 2002...I was wondering whether this board was "dead" or not!
Vrealities did say there was a supply problem, and I was getting upgraded to the "pro" version, but I heard that about 3 weeks ago, then nothing since.
I had no idea there was a new version of the i-glasses coming out...typical! If I'd known I would have waited before ordering.
Hopefully I'll hear something from Vrealities soon...
(p.s - what is a "sale drop"???)

This is something 3 people at my office experienced. Armand, the sales guy from VRealities kept calling us 2-3 times a days to confirm on our order. For some reason when we tried to ask him about payment options he started being abusive. Exteremely abusive. He is extremely hot headed and I think this company is a 1 man show.
Stay away !

I myself would take anything anyone says on the board with a grain of salt. Anonymous people/aliases are everywhere and this board frequently has posts from anonymous retailers bad mouthing each other just to make a buck. Like Rodney said, "Can't we all just get along".

We bought a number of products from them and it took over 6 months to receive them. They only reason I did receive them was the fact I contacted the manufacturers and was in the process of contacting the FBI and they final sent me the products. It turns out they were used with the serial numbers taken off as well.

Never will I buy from Vrealities again.

Naming the trolls actually feeds their self-absorbtion. Keep reading
and they will illuminate themselves. Ignore them when they post their
insults, or veiled/outright flames. They are very easy to identify
after only a few posts. They can be hard to resist, and sometimes the
opportunity for humor is just too great to do so. Do not attempt to
convince them of anything, they don't care. They just want a response
of any kind to validate themselves. Don't give it to them. Even if they
do resort to occasional "straight" posts.

Call i-O Display www.i-glasses.com to verify if Virtual Realities is still a vendor. Quite simple and no lies or slander.

Personally , after reading the volleys from the two - I would never, never consider buying anything from either company. Either one of them takes the high road , stops the nonsense and gets a lawyer to address perceived slanders , or both will go under. No way to run a business. just my input if anyone cares.

I wouldn't take a chance buying from this Vrealities company either. Too many horror stories and the guy who runs the company seems to be all over this board under different alias.

VRealities seem to be honest. I had some problems importing to the UK. Apart fromt heir refusal to accept paypal, everything went smoothely. They guy who runs it is nice, and cares enough t phone someone in another country to talk directly, sorting any problems and missunderstandings.

Saying that, I would NOT buy a i-o displays product. 4 week repair times, nothing being fixed. the screen is VERY small, and has so many artifacts that a lawyer can have a field day with their false advertising. I was VERY dissapointed.

I never used the HMD again, instead far preferring my CRT/shutter glasses, and more recently, DLP projection. YES there is no ghosting with an HMD, but ghosting is a small price to pay for not having to deal with their HMD quality issues, and the company.

They only do a 6 month warranty for a REASON. The backlighting for the screens go with fair use after this period of time. I would NEVER purchase another product from i-o.

Horrible company.

I hope you understand if i wish to remain anonymous.

I actually had a different problem. They did delivery what I ordered but it did not work as Armand promised. When I tried to return the tracker he became very rude and hung up the phone. VREALITIES I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Stop playing games on this forum and worry about your customers (the few that you do have)
