I spoke with this Ross guy today on the phone and he's kinda blunt and not too friendly to a customer. I really felt like he was brushing me off. Guess they want the cash but not the people that give them it.

Yes, whenever I've emailed Ross his replies if he could be bothered to reply were usually curt.

I have been dealing with Ross for a few days now, and I have to say, contrary to what has been posted here, that he has been very helpfull.

I bought I-Glasses new from cwonline and had some problems with eye swapping which turned out to be the video card driver and not the glasses. (Rock solid under linux with the current drivers.)

After dealing with that, something else came up, and Ross has been very patient in working through that - really making sure that I am happy with my new goggles.

I give CWonline -1 on scale of 1-10 for customer service. I have tried to purchase a few items and getting a straight answer and being able to finally order something is like pulling teeth out. At the end I gave up...

I feel that customer service is a very important part of business, pre-sales and post-sales alike, just "moms and pops" businesses need to learn that lesson first..

This is a great web site. I have some great web pages myself if you are interested to share. But I should not go on about my site too much, that is not fair, right?
