Found something interesting on german ebay.

There are two 3D-capable line-doublers/frame-doublers. They can be used to watch 3D-DVD's, 3D-VHS and NuView recordings flicker-free (100/120Hz) on a CRT-projector or VGA-monitor. The unit has a standard 3.5 mm glasses connector and an IR-emitter for wireless glasses.

Let me see in I've understood the kind of magic performed by these boxes.
INPUT: 1 stereo interlaced analog video signal
OUTPUT: 1 SVGA digital signal page flipping @ 120 Hz
Is it true Cristopher?

I think it's more like analogue 120 Hz interlace.

Sorry, "analogue" ... of course!
But why interlaced?
Isn't it a "line-doubler"?

You can choose between line-doubling and frequency doubling. I don't think it does both at once.
