First of all, I apologize if this is not a good place to post this... I couldn't find anywhere else! :-) These are in good shape. Very mild scratches on the plastic lenses; can't be seen while wearing the glasses. Includes: * Glasses * Controller w/ VGA pass-thru connector * Original box I don't have manuals or the original CD (drivers, Descent 1.0, etc.) The glasses work fine. I haven't used them in a few years, since I used to play Descent in MS-DOS. You're on your own when it comes to making it work on your system -- it can be tricky. I can only accept money order or cash through the mail, and will ship the SimulEyes as soon as I recieve payment. Fedex ground shipping rate is about $5 for US residents, for a grand total of $15.
