I recently bought the wired H3d glasses from I-glasses. When I switch on the glasses I lose every other line.
This happens not matter where I am (booting up, in bios, in windows)
I have a nVida geoforce2 mx and a Sony GDM 20e20 monitor using the nVida stereo drivers

Also when I am in Windows and I put the toggle switch in the off position, the lines come back but the LCD's flash.

I wrote I-glasses and got a reply from someone in sale saying they thought that's how it was supposed to work.

my question is - Has anyone had experience with this product? Is it broken?

Please figure out which H3D model you have and tell us. See page http://www.stereo3d.com/terminator.htm

I think that in one switch setting, the cruisers are line blanking. That is, they blank the even lines for one field, and the odd lines for the next field. Sort of like a fake interlacing. On another switch setting, they are just page-flipping. So, the glasses will flash, since they are flipping on each field. But, the line blanker is off.

So, I think that you have discovered the appropriate behavior of the glasses.
