I am using the Eye3D glasses. I think that is what they are called anyways... The one which you plug into the USB/video card and then plug the monitor and glasses into a little dongle thing, and can change the type with a button on the actual dongle.

I make sure that at 640x480, the refresh is set to 120hz in powerstrip, as well as in the actual stereo thing. It starts the game, and when it does, the display is split into a lower and upper image! No worries, I think to myself, and I hit the button on the dongle a couple of times, to put it into the mode which mixes the 2 together, but that is where the problem lies: The lower image is static! It doesnt move, whereas the top one refreshes all the time, meaning that I have an image I can view, with a static picture of the scene over the top, which never moves!

Any way to solve this?
