I have had my iart 3d glasses for approximately 2 years now without any major problems. For the past month or so though I have had a problem with the right side syncronizing, it is either darker, or flickering. The 3d view jumps in and out of 3d alot as well. I thought it might have been the battery(it wasn't), or driver or something conflicting so I reinstalled windows me version, checked my bios settings for the video card, removed all cards except my voodoo, but the problem still persists. I tested my glasses on a freinds computer and it worked fine. In reading here I am wondering if somehow there could be a voltage change on the video pins or something, but otherwise the computer seems to be working fine. Anyone else have a problem with a voodoo or abit board like this?...thanks

Well no thanks to I-art3d, they didn't respond to my problem I lucked out and retried wicked 3d's eyescream driver and my flickering problem is fixed. I don't know if using this driver diminishes the 3d effects at all since I guess it is more a universal driver and I don't know what colour code means but the flickering was a nightmare...I guess the 3.5 driver at I-art doesn't like directx 8 to much.

I tried DX8 for about a week and removed it from my machine. My benchmarks were actually lower than with DX7. I won't need it 'till I upgrade my video card next month to either the G3 or ATI8500. As for the stereo drivers, I tried the 4.12 that Wicked has and didn't like the fact that I had to manually switch the emitter back to normal for menu stuff and when I finished with a game. I downloaded the beta 4.00 drivers from demensional.com several months back and have never had a problem with them at all. I don't know if the 4.00 version is still downloadable but if your experiencing the same problems I was with the generic wicked 4.12 drivers let me know and I E-mail you the beta ones. You of course have to have the i-art disc to install them.
