I bought a pair of e-Dimensional glasses last week, primarily to play battlefield 1942 with, and have since noticed a peculiar problem. Playing the game in single player mode resulted in perfect stereo rendering, yet jumping into an online game caused any object closer than half a tank length to separate uncomfortably. This is most notable with the infantry weapon / cockpit geometry, where the separation can exceed 6 inches on screen, compared to the comfortable 1-.25 inch separation of said geometry in single player. Furthermore, the set nVidia keyboard shortcuts for adjusting the stereo configuration only have an effect in single player. Any idea what could cause such a drastic difference within the same game / what I could do to rectify it?

Hardware:
eDimensional 3D glasses
nVidia quadro 4 980 XGL

Drivers:
ForceWare 71.84
nVidia 3D Stereo Driver 71.84
