Can the AnotherEye 2000 be used to watch the 3D DVDs on a PC? If so what software is needed and the procedure?

You can use Stereoscopic Player: http://mitglied.lycos.de/stereo3d

If you own a NVIDIA graphic card, you should select the NVIDIA stereo driver viewing method (View->Viewing Method->NVIDIA Stereo Driver) which does pageflipping. On non-NVIDIA cards you can use syncdoubling (select one of the Over/Under viewing methods). Make sure you set the DVD's format propertly in the file menu.

Stereoscopic Player does not provide its own DVD decoder, therefore you have to install a third party decoder. I recommend PowerDVD versions <= 4. After opening the DVD, select File->Video Decoder Properties and choose 'Force weave' to disable deinterlacing (if the DVD's content is field sequential)
