PayPal actually informed us not to ship the products since two different credit cards were used, two different names to one shipping address, unconfirmed addresses, and International. Also your money was fully refunded as per PayPal's advice. Under those circumstances we are unable to ship product internationally and had no problem refunding you which was done.

I don't know of any North American company that would ship product worth well over $2000US+ under those circumstances.

Regards,

Stewart Muirhead

You should look into getting your money back though ChargeBack - ask your CC company to do it, all major CC's have this option.

i-Glasses SVGA 3D cost $625, not $2000. I wonder what else they lie about.

I would recoment buying from VRealities. A very satisfied customer here.

WOW! I am glad I found this board! Yes I had the same problem with these guys. Sent them a check and no product! It has been months! Because I am in the UK I do not know where to go to complain. I know they are located in Ontario, Canada. Does anyone know what to do? After looking up this company I found that they are not registered with anyone as a company! I guess it is just this one man Stewart who is the entire kettle. Any help please :(

Neil call the manufacturer and raise hell and also call the local law enforsement division is their area. Most probably you are not alone and they have had many complaints. Hopefully you will at least get your money back.

I bought many products like the eMagin z800 from cwonline they are a fantastic company. Their tech support and customer support was great. Too bad that guy Armand Bastien Vrealties who isn't allowed to sell eMagin products and now not allowed to sell i-glasses products is desparate and spaming up this board.

Sad

Trish is Stewart at Cyberworld. I find it really sick that you have to make up stuff about a competitior to try to make to a sale. Anyone can call I-O Display or eMagin to see this guy is a liar. I-O Display: 916-928-9639

I agree please call the manufacturers and verify who is offically allowed to sell these products and who actually has them in stock. Sounds like this guy Armand from Virtual Realities is going out of business and trying to slander on here.

I recently ordered some dvds and 3D glasses from cwonline and it arrived in 5 days. I am based in the UK. Reading this it looks like they refunded the customer right away so I am not sure what the problem is and why someone would bring this thread back again and again.

We had so many issues with Stewart. Bought a tracker. Took 3 months to receive it. Didn't work properly. Tried to return it and he starts freaking out. I do know what is going on on this forum but I can tall you right now I would not buy from Cyberworld again. I am very surprised any manufacturer would let them distribute their products.

I have no idea what you are talking about but I have had nothing but problems with these guys. His attitude after the fact was very poor. They say they have a 30 day return policy which is untrue. It took them almost 90 days to deliver alone!!

I hate to add fuel to the fire but I too had a problem with Cyberworld. The guy runs it "Stewart" was very friendly before the purchase. But when I called him to tell him I wanted my money back and return the unit he got very rude and hung up the phone. Needless to say it eventually got resolved but what a hassle!

WWW.3DFORGAMES.COM AND WWW.3DMMS.COM ONLY SELL ORIGINAL 3D DVD, BY SURE WHEN COSTUMERS OR RESELLERS BUY FROM BRASIL OR EVEN FROM ALL SOUTH AMERICA DVD PRODUCTS IN THE USA THEY INMEDIATLY COPY THEIR 3D DVDS LIKE ALL OTHER 2D MOVIES. I WAS IN BRASIL AND YOU CAN FIND IN THE STREET PEOPLE SELLING PIRATES DVDS, ALL KIND OF SOFTWARES FOR 2 DOLLARS. THE USA AMERICAN CORPORATIONS THEY DONT COPY MOVIES FOR SELLING ,THIS CONCEPT IS VERY STUPID BECAUSE THE COST OF AN ORIGINAL DVD MOVIE IS CENTS FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE WWW.3DFORGAMES.COM

It's completely useless now...

Sad really, I remember great discussions about the VFX1 linkbox, and new Virtual Reality gadgets... Sigh
