Hi,

I’m new to 3d so bear with me. I just received these from VRealites and find that I do not have the driver CD. I believe this a Wicked3d "driver" set. I called VR they said that the glasses don't come with it. He directed me to the Nvidia site. He was most helpful and responded quickly to all my questions.

Problem is that I also have voodoo5 that I would really like to try these out on. My understanding is that I must have must have a driver CD before I can download/install any driver updates (that will work with the V5). My questions are:
1- Do I really need the actual CD or is it some serial number I need?
2- Anyone know where I can download or otherwise obtain a CD (or what I need to install the driver update)?

I know some are probably saying why are you still using a voodoo5… it’s unsupported?
We’ll I have 2 pcs that I game on. One has a GF4-4400, the other a v5agp. Any of you that are serious about flight-sims know that there are classics out there that only work on glide, namely Janes F-15, Janes Longbow2, etc. Cream-of-the-crop sims like these have a very long replay value. You don’t simply run through to the end on highest difficulty and say, “I beat it”. I use my GF equipped pc for newer games/sims but my V5 is for the classics that I still love to play… so please don’t rag me about my V5. I know it’s old, but for me (and others) there is still no other option for these types of sims. If anyone can help me out, I’d be much appreciative.

Thanks,
Barron
