I have a set of the wired ELSA glasses and would like to know if I can use them to view the IMAX 3D DVDs on my PC? I have a DVD drive and Nvidia video card as well. Thank you in advance!

No, you can not.
IMAX 3D DVDs are all of interlaced format, and ELSA glasses does not support it.
