I have built a model using 3D Studio Viz Release 3i, and I have assigned materials to the surfaces. When viewing the model in Viz using the "smooth and highlights" setting, the materials appear as they should, with full texture. However, when I try to view the model in the IIS VFX3D headset using the MAXimum3D software, the materials appear only as flat uniform colour, with no texture or variation. I have tried assigning materials to the simplest model possible, a box, and these materials sometimes appear as they should in the VFX3D headset. However, with no changes to any of the variables it stops working on subsequent tries. Any help that anyone can give on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Seth
