Hi,

Which options are better?

Is it better to buy the VR Standard glasses (http://www.vrstandard.com) and just use the nVidia 3D-Stereo driver or should I buy the ASUS GeForce3 Deluxe with the 3D goggles?

I am sure it would be more expensive to get the ASUS package, but which is better?

I know that the VR Standard goggles actually have a thing where you plug it into your monitor and I was thinking that it might be better but I am not really sure so I decided to ask you guys.

I am planning to buy a brand new PC. I plan to purchase a very powerful system.

So which is the better option, a GeForce3 Ti200 with the VR Standard goggles with the Stereo3D drivers from nVidia, or the ASUS GeForce3 Deluxe (Ti500) with the goggles?

Regards,
Benjamin.

The VRStandard glasses are more flexible and compatible. The best choice would be to have VRStandard and an ASUS board.

ASUS own 3D-driver has some advantages and disadvantages compared to the nVidia driver.
With an ASUS board you always can choose between both drivers.

The ASUS-mode of the nVidia driver seems to be buggy in most cases, so you may even run into severe problems when using the ASUS glasses.
