ok they give you a list of games that it will work on and also give config files to put into the game's folder, but how do you use this 3d system on games that arnt listed and dont come with the 3d config files??

Chances are if it's a game that's been around for a while and it's not on the list it probably is not D3D or OGL and will never work in stereo. Alternatively, you can just turn on stereo with the game running and see if it shows two images. If so, then you can create your own config. settings using the documented CTL hotkeys.
