I've been playing around with the idea of using shutterglasses with a 3D rendered desktop.

Examples of this sort of thing would be ROOMS, 3DTop, or 3D Explorer. However, to date, I have had no success in getting any of these apps to work with my shutterglasses (because they don't run in true FULL SCREEN)

Has anyone tried this with any of the above (or any other) 3D desktop shell application and gotten it to work in stereo? anyone have any ideas?

tia.

Which stereo driver are you using?

The old Elsa d3d driver is supposed to support windowed stereoscopy. It might work.
