Hi
I posted a long time ago about the quality of the
eye3d glasses that I have received.

To recap, I ordered a pair of glasses and they were damaged.
I sent them back for new ones and these were also damaged.
Also, the line blanker that came with them produced a blurry image at 1280 1024 res.

So I email the store I bought it and send them pics of the new damaged glasses I have received and they decide that I should hold on to them a little longer.
DOH

Next I post on this message board and KENNY from Iart decides to help me.
MAN kenny is the best!!
I send him the pics of the glasses and he agrees
that they are damaged.
He told me they could be fixed easily but he gave me a free pair of the new series of eye3d glasses.
All I can say is WOW they are of much better quality.
Kenny also gave me a deal on a deluxe line blanker that has the bandwidth to support resolutions above 1280x1024.

I havent received the new line blanker yet, or tested the new glasses either, but when I do expect a full and honest report from me :)

I think I will be very happy with them.

KUDOS to IArt.
THank you so much Kenny.
I thought buying these glasses was gonna be such
a nightmare but you really changed my mind about things.

I cant say enough good things about you.

Expect to hear from me if something goes wrong :)
I doubt anything will though.

Trust me when I say that IArt is a company that
listens to feedback and cares.

GOOOOOOOO IART
