Ok, looking on the high end here for brightness, size and quality.

What are the pros and cons of the top companies? Are the stereographics CrystalEyes series the way to go? Is there another brand that's just as good/almost as good for less money?

I just pinched the delicate cable on my revelator and broke it, so now is the time to make the leap into quality.

I need something that will never be in danger of having the eyes reversed (it will be used for a gallery exhibit eventually so it needs to just work all the time) so something that knows what scan polarity it's on would be good, like the Revelator.

Also, I will probably want to use a wired pair of glasses for the gallery exhibit, just so people don't walk away with them accidentally or intentionally. What's the best wired set out there? CrystalEyes wired?

Opinions from experienced users appreciated.
