According to a Viewmaster reel I bought yesterday, the Jetsons had 3D TV and videoconferencing monitors:

Also, since I'm posting this, here's another video post I did a few weeks ago that's not in 3D, but it is (mostly) about our adventures to the Seattle IMAX to watch the recently made 3D movie, "Magnificent Desolation: Walking on the Moon 3D":
