Heard rumors that philips will be soon launching a 3D lenticular based plasma.

Anyone else know more on this?

have herd a strong rumor...large screen....LCD AND PLASMA HD AUTOSTEREOSCOPIC 3d multi-view systems with 2d-3d HD conversion chip set in stores as early as 4th quarter of 06......stay tunned!!!!!!!!

oh no.. not another 2d to 3d chip..
Id much rather have a stereoscopic interlaced to multiview chip built in.

if this is true, then im betting phillips are going the "slanted lenticular" way much like stereographics did.
hmm.. time will tell
