Does 3-D movies work fine on a VCD (video cd) format ?

Not at all, since VCDs don't support interlaced content, which is typically used for 3D-DVDs. Side-by-side and over/under don't work well either due to the limited resolution of the VCD format.

You should really consider to create your content in DVD format. Nowadays, DVD burners are really cheap...
