Anyone try Far cry on a nvidia in stereo. I have the Ed glasses and ATI card. Right now Normal map don t work with the Ed driver for ATI. I want to purchase the new ATI X800 XT cause it s really better than the Nvidia 6800. But The driver is not really good. So i have a problemes lol. Super Power without stereo or 3D? | ||

I try far cry in stereo, it works very well with a good hardware. I have 2500+ @ 3200+, 512mb ram, and fx5700 ultra, Ed glasses, 56.64 stereo drivers and windows 2000 pro. It is a little just, limit, because Far cry need a lot of ram (1 giga), and a very good graphic card. I think Nvidia and them stereo drivers are excellent for 3d gaming. My next card will be 6800 ultra if the stereo drivers follow. | ||

I think so, unfortunately when I had my gfx 5700 ultra, the 52.72 stereo drivers wasn't relased, and I have wait 4 or 5 month for it. I was so happy when I saw "new 52.72 stereo drivers". I think it will be the same with the 6x.xx stereo drivers for 6800, we'll have to wait. :'( | ||

What type of adjustments need to be made when running this? i am trying it with a Quadro FX 1100. Is there anything that needs to be changed in the config file? Camera Seperation? Thanks. |
