I have Eye3D glasses and an X1 projector. To answer the questions I've read here. Yes it does work. Works well as a matter of fact. In DirectX applications the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering works in OpenGL only anisotropic filtering works. My projector settings greatly minimize the blue ghosting associated with this combo. I'm using the VGA input of the projector with an Asus ti4400 video card.
Driver version 56.72 manually installed with matching 56.72 stereo drivers.
projector settings:
4:3 aspect ratio. (not native)
Video mode.
Phase=68
red=71
green=71
blue=35
contrast=45
brightness=42
In some applications (NFS-HP2)it's nessasary to reduce the video cards quality setting to performance.
games I've tried:
NFS-HP2
IL2
IL2-FB
LOMAC
Half-life and all it's clones
Quake
FS2002
Delta Force-Blackhawk down
3D roller coaster (that'll make ya queezy)
I've thought about putting all my games ('bout 50) on my computer just to see what each one takes to get running right but my honey-do list is a bit long at the moment to find the time needed for that endevour.

As you know the X1 is only 60Hz, so I figured that it would be a nogo. I had a stereo application running without the glasses on and the left/right flicker was very noticable. Then I put the glasses on without turning them on and the flicker was virtually eliminated. I can't explain why this was the case. Maybe one of the Guru's can. Then I turned on the glasses and there was a slight flicker but it wasn't a left/right separation, it was more like a overall very faint flicker. I remember doing 60Hz on my computer monitor when I tried to increase the resolution and it was unbearable. Not so with the DLP. I can only imagine what it will be like on your 130Hz projector.
If your near the upstate of SC maybe you can invite me over when you get it set up :D

Eric,
I use Play Limits Coaster. It's an OpenGL aaplication so there is no Anti-aliasing. You can ride Roller Coaster Tycoon coaster with it as well. It also has a nice coaster design program with it so you can build your own or download custom coasters that other have built. Some of them are pretty wild. I'd like to find a DirectX coaster program so I can Use AA with it.
