I want to hack my gf4 to quadro for get stereo under linux. The nvidia linux drivers work in stereo ,but only with the quadro cards.I've found the hack for the GF4 MX but not for the ti4400.Anyone knows some info about if it's is possible to hack my card model also? I don't want to spend 1600 $ for have the same card with just 2 resistors placed in another position. Thanx Dago | ||

No GeForce 4 is hackable to Quadro by resistor change. This trick works ony for GeForce 2 and GeForce 3. GeForce 4 is hackable to Quadro only in software way and only for Detonators up to 30.xx or so by the help of SoftQuadro 4 tool ... There is no such soultion for Linux => you need to work under Windows or buy a true Quadro under the current situation. | ||
