Dear all,

I am new to the subject 'stereoscopic projection'. Please, be so kind and tell me what I need to get a nice 3D projection system for playing games. Until now, I have no component and have to buy the whole stuff. My space for a projection screen is about 2x2 Meters. What costs will I get?

Any hint is welcome.
Timo

Hi Timo,

Instead of asking for costs at your current (decision) phase, I recommend that you think about what you are willing to spend. All depends on your personal quality standart. So there are high standart systems that tend to Euro 15.000-20.000 in your 2x2 Meter situation. But it is also possible to get the whole thing running for round about Euros 5.000. And you have many solutions in between this Euro 5.000-20.000 bandwidth.

Can you be more clear with this?

for about 5.000 you can buy a LCD based stereo system: 2x1.500 Ansilumen, rack, filter stands, polfilters, silver screen, a set of 3d glasses. The more expensive systems Thomas names have higher ligh output and/or are single chip DLP based systems.
