To view a 3D picture in 3D on the internet do you just put the glasses on or do you need something special for it?

Red and green glasses yes and some pictures you don't need anything at all, just a good pair of eyes.
Others you might need a program.
Depends really what glasses you have.
Trust me I don't work for ED but I can recommend those glasses,not so expencive.
They support interlaced which is good if you want to check some pictures on the net.
