If you mean 1 LCD projector and shuterglasses the answer is NO.
If you mean 2 LCD projectros, polarized projection, passive glasses, tha naswer is ALL of them.

What is a good cheap 2D 800*600 projector(cheap for a projector anyway)?

Do you have any link's for good places to buy?

And are there any good places to buy used?

This probably isn't what your looking for. But the Sony CPJ-200 projector is a great inexpensive unit. It doesn't have VGA input, but it does have video and s-video. It'll project up a 100" and runs for about $750-800. I bought one a few years ago, and it works well. I've used reb/blue glasses on it and work okay. It would've worked better if I'd adjusted the video card's properties to correct the colors. This site sells it http://www.supremevideo.com/internet_specials/cpj200projector.htm I don't know anything about the site, it was just one that a search showed up. If you want a projector with VGA in, it'll probably run you around 2k.
