What is the duration of the 3D movies?
How were they shot, e.g. Nu-View, 2x camcorders, etc ?

I e-mailed the producer and this was his reply:

The movies are shoted with the NuView adapter with a professional Panasonic AGC 15. The duration is 30 minutes each, with Italian/English spoken. The tapes/CD will be ready on Spring 2003. Probably there will be a special
price for buying all the 4 titles.

Very brave to try to commercialize the 3D movies shot by NuView? I personally think that any 3D movie CD, DVD, VHS whatever have to have both 2D and 3D, if wants to sell those. NuView captures only 3D interlaced. I saw some titles like that claiming 2D and 3D together, and found the 3D version terrible.

I bought a documentary of Egypt shot with the Wasol attachment and consumer Camcorder from:
http://www.reda3d.com/index2.htm

The Wasol http://www.wasol.co.kr/ in my opinion is inferior to the Nu-View but the results were quite good.

Who knows the Italian one's could be better?

I shoot with the Nu-View and the results IMO are quite good. A little post production 'tweeking' can correct colour imbalance or differences in size between images.

I have a Nu-View and the 3D is fantastic! I would highly recommend it.

Will the Nu-View work with a Sony Handycam Digital8?

I use the Sony TRV120e Digital8 camcorder. So Yes it probably will. What model number is it?

Just make sure you can shoot interlaced (standard format). Nu-View won't work with progressive scan (usually seen on more expensive cameras).
