Make a Software demultiplexer using 2 Computers with TV Cards and with VGA
TV outputs, or use direct VGA outs with high quality free DScaler software
from
http://www.dscaler.org/
It can deinterlace odd only fields
or even only fields worth a try.It should work in theory with two projectors polarising filters and
metallic nondepolarising screen.

I use Hauppauge PVR which can correctly
display either PAL or NTSC, a lot of
PAL model cards can't display NTSC properly.
Maybe some cheaper Hauppauge TV cards can
also display both PAL and NTSC properly I don't know.
This Dscaler Software demultiplexer will
successfully eliminate flicker for both NTSC or PAL.
I tested odd only and even only deinterlace
with Hauppauge PVR using Dscaler it worked
well seperating left and right stereoscopic images
on an IMAX 3d DVD source.

To get the video for 2 TV Tuner cards
you can buy a Video distribution amplifier from someone like
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000069E2Q/104-1404599-3057518
Or hunt up a circuit and build it like
http://www.geocities.com/IECMaster/circuits1/cir_rfv030.html
Or use a VCR that has both SCART and composite
outputs and use SCART video out for one signal source
and composite for the other. If using
a DVD player one source can be from S-Video out
and the other from composite output
