Hi I live in the UK and desperatly want to get hold of a 3-D TV system to watch 3-D films on my 60Hz TV, but can't find any shops on the interent that ship to UK. I particularly want the ULTIMATE 3-D (IMAX) set that retails at $99.00. I-art's web site is offline and http://www.razor3D.com don't ship internationally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've managed to get hold of some 3-D films and can't wait to watch them!

The Ultimate 3-D Collector's Gift Set costs $74.99 a saving of $25 over razor3d's price

it includes:Synopsis:
Includes: "Encounter In The Third Dimension" - Join Stuart Pantkin and Elvira, Mistress Of The Dark on a groundbreaking venture into the realm of 3-D filmmaking. Encounter early incarnations of the third dimension from a recreation of the earliest 3-D movies ever made to classic clips from Hollywood's 3-D heyday during the 1950s to modern creations such as James Cameron's themepark attractiion, "Terminator 2 3-D". "Haunted Castle" -A young musician is summoned to his mother's castle in accordance with her final wishes. Upon his arrival, the castle begins to come alive as materializing spirits. 2-D and 3-D version. , "Alien Adventure" - Join the Glagoliths in this first full-length digitally animated 3-D film. 2-D and 3-D version. Thanks alot I was trying Uk based DVD web sites, do you have the H3D system, if not what system do you recommend.
Also will I need to convert the power supply as american electronic devices take a different voltage than UK. What have you done to get it to work?

I have the H3D system it came with the Nu-View stereoscopic camcorder attachment. I purchased it from http://www.i-glasses.com . I specifically asked for a 240V power adaptor. If that option isn't available with 'The Ultimate 3-D Collector's Gift Set' all you need is a standard 9V 850mA power adaptor. I think http://www.maplin.co.uk sell them for about £9.00, it should work a treat!

For powering equipment with US style plugs and voltages I use a 13Amp. plug adapter with US style socket output, sold by PCWorld. I cannot remember exact power rating but I think it is about 3Amp. max. output with overload protection. The advantage of this approach is that one adapter may be used with several equipments and any original equipment power supply adapters supplied are used maintaining polarity etc., in accordance with makers instructions & guarantees etc. For larger items of equipment, stereo slide projectors etc I use a 1750KVA auto transformer with built in US style sockets available from a UK transformer company at about UKP90.00 cost.
